Doug Harris, Principal Consultant

Doug is a mortgage executive and industry thought leader who brings 30 years of banking, financial services and mortgage lending experience to Vineyard Risk Advisors. This includes over 20 years of senior and executive management roles at small, medium and large organizations. Doug has held the following C-Level positions – Chief Operating Officer, Chief Credit Officer and Chief Risk Officer and has had direct management experience managing the full mortgage life-cycle in all origination channels at prior organizations such as FGMC, RFC, Novellus Capital Partners, US Bank, and PNC Bank. Doug has often been in the role of building something and bringing it to life, whether that be full production channels or support functions. Doug’s operational, audit and risk management work has been described by some external audit entities as “the best I’ve ever seen in a non-bank organization.”
